Tuition

Details

·      There will be no long-term commitments, no monthly fees or offers of additional services for sale at the event.  Michael is not looking to gain new clients at this event.  His motivation is to support entrepreneurs in “getting it done.”

·      All participants must bring their own laptop computer to do this work.  Free Wi-Fi will be provided.

·      Limited to 15 participants building websites.  Registered participants may bring a partner at a reduced cost ($85) to assist with the project, website or product launch.

·      Garage parking will be available to the first 15 - 20 people to arrive at the workshop - depending on building availability.  Additional free parking is available on the street or in the Northgate Mall lots, which are two blocks from the site.

·      $35 of your registration is fee of your tuition is a non-refundable processing fee.  The balance is refundable prior to lunch.  If you need to give up your spot in the workshop prior to the event, we will refund your tuition (less $35) or apply your entire tuition to a future Michael Hartzell workshop (to be used within one year of the original workshop date).

What To Expect Before the Workshop

- This is a unique opportunity to walk into the room with no website and walk out four hours later with a fully functional website and the hands on experience to modify and expand it.   Prior to the event Michael Hartzell will personally pre-build a custom website frame for you.  He will do this based on your individual needs.

- The website framework that Michael builds for you will have limited content and SEO.  It will most likely have some graphics that you will be able to keep and use at no change.

- You will be asked to come to the seminar with content (graphics, text, video, etc.), and Michael will walk the entire group through the process of adding your content and enhancing your site. 

- Your content can be stored anywhere that is most convenient for you (thumb drive, online, on your computer, etc.).

- Upon registering, participants will receive a list of guidelines for preparation prior to the workshop.  Those who spend time preparing will get more out of the afternoon, but there is no requirement to do this pre-work.  What you get out of the seminar will be directly proportional to your own preparation and what you put into the event.  It’s your website.

What To Expect During the Workshop

- The day will consist of Michael showing the group how to do a particular action followed by everyone actually doing it on their personalized site while Michael works with individuals and provides solutions that allow everyone to keep moving forward.

- Over the course of approximately 120 minutes, Michael will guide you through the process of adding your content to create a fully functional website that begins to deliver exactly what you intend.  We have limited this event to 15 participants so that everyone receives individual attention from Michael.
